Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Receiving damaged item
In case you receive an item in damaged condition, we request you to contact us with a photo showing the damage. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id and photo within 2 calendar days from the date item was delivered to you.
We will send out a free replacement in return for the damaged product if the item is still in stock with us. In case the same item is unavailable, we’ll refund the amount at which item was purchased. We aim to process refund requests within 14-21 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to request damaged item to be shipped back to us unless we consider it unsafe to do so. Return arrangement for damaged item will be made by us.
In case you've received a wrong item due an error on our part, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to replace and send out the correct item, in return of the wrong item received. In case a replacement is out of stock, we'll refund the order amount in full.
Return of wrong item will not be accepted in following conditions:
The product has been damaged
Product is not returned with original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original product packaging is damaged
The serial Number is tampered from the packaging and product
Information of receiving wrong product is communicated to us after 2 calendar days from the delivery date
Product has been used.
